- Removal of any approvals granted by the HSE (this may have legal and financial consequences).
- Alteration of any licences, conditions or exemptions, usually with negative operational consequences.
- Issuing informal warnings.
- Providing mandatory training or information seminars and literature.
- Starting the process of prosecution.
Penalties
