1: People today are not broken, they function perfectly. It is just perfectly wrong! (this can be really a good factor, as it implies you have got learned ‘how’ to do what you do, and that indicates you can also learn to do something else, something various, something that means you feel like you function perfectly).

 

two: Any program of motivation that relies on anything apart from you and your brain is destined to failure (believe gadgets, motivational videos, motivational music, motivational quotes, motivation buddies, private trainers, etc)

 

three: There’s no such factor as ‘natural motivation’, and there’s also no such thing as ‘naturally un-motivated’. There’s merely a set of programs, techniques and behaviours that somebody has learned, plus the repetition of these strategies and ‘motivation programs’ is what gets you your results, superior or poor.

 

4: Any individual can understand ‘how’ to be motivated. I’ll repeat that once again, as it might be one thing close to heresy for some of you: Anyone can understand ways to be motivated, that consists of YOU. All you need to do is let go of the crap that’s holding you back, and learn some new mental programs (and this can be pretty, pretty easy to do).
