Do you want a smaller waist?

Let’s face it how many women would really like to know how to get a smaller waist?  I know that there are a lot of women but the fact is most of them will never achieve a smaller waist.  No its not because they can’t but rather there is too much false and misleading information out there that will have them going down the wrong path. 

The truth is the many will never get their waistline as small as someone like Scarlet O’Hara but you can still achieve a smaller waist through by using the proper combination of diet, cardio and choosing the right clothing.

Step one to getting a smaller waist

The first step in learning how to get a smaller waist is through a proper diet (lifestyle change).  When I say diet I mean something that you will be able to do for long term not some crash diet that will allow you go gain weight as soon as you stop the diet.  You see you have a small waist already but the problem is that you have too much body fat covering it.

In order to see that smaller waistline so you can have the hourglass figure you are going to need to lower your body fat.  What this will do is allow your waist and midriff to be more visible.  I would suggest that you don’t change what you eat for your diet but rather just eating fewer calories.  I have found the easiest way to do this is to simply skip a meal every now and then.

Step two to learning how to get a smaller waist

The right diet is the key ingredient to achieving to getting rid of that belly bulge but the combination of diet and the proper cardio is key.  Cardio will help you to burn that stubborn body fat and the excess pounds will appear to just melt away.  What you need to do is actually just incorporate high intensity interval training into your workouts just 2-3 times per week.

Interval training involves alternating short periods of intense exercise with lower intensity exercise. The great thing about HIIT is that you will only spend about 20-30 minutes doing cardio and will get 10 times the results as you did when you were doing cardio for hours per week.  

Just a Tip to Appear Having a Smaller Waist

You also need to start wearing clothing that actually helps the way your waistline appears.  There are a lot of ways that a woman can give the illusion that she has a smaller waist even if she doesn’t!  By wearing a thick belt that is dark in color will give the appearance of a smaller waist.  You should also wear clothes that either drawn attention to your neckline and shoulders as this will also help.

Posture Exercises to Help Acheive a Smaller Waist

By doing exercises that improve your posture you will be standing straighter and your waistline will automatically appear smaller.  Look at the models I don’t think they sit around wondering how to get a smaller waist but they follow a strict diet and do hours of cardio.  This is not what you need to do to get a smaller waist and is for the most part unhealthy.  These tips will have you with a smaller waist in a few weeks.
